Once, when I was in Year 1 or 2, I had fever in class and I didn't know that I was having fever. All I know was that I felt really lethargic and dizzy. How cute was I being able to come up with the idea that it was God's punishment, for staying up way pass my bedtime the previous night. I was so young at that time. You can't blame me. :)Anyway, I still can remember vividly how I tried to sleep in class because my head was really killing me at that time. Guess what did I do? :D I threw my cute eraser to the floor and I pretended to bend down to pick the eraser. But, in fact, I was trying to sleep under the desk. Like urm... resting my head on my lap. You get the idea, right? haha! I can't help doing this crazy action over and over again because:
1. I need more time to rest my head but it would be impossible for me to take half an hour to pick up an eraser from the floor.
2. I was afraid that my teacher would spank me for sleeping in the class.
Anyway, back to the main topic! So,I remembered my teacher had to attend a sudden meeting. And you know, as usual, there'll be prefects coming into our class and take care of us-the little primary students. This was also the time when my "kind" neighbour decided to tell one of the prefects that I was having fever, which I've warned her NOT to. ARGH~ And the next thing you know, you were surrounded by almost 15 prefects and then they would start to act all auntie-like>>> caring and touching my forehead and etc. OH,please! and then there was one prefect who had actually said this: 哇!发烧眼睛还将大！！！(I REMEMBER THIS PHRASE AFTER SO MANY YEARS!)
But, ever since I came to A., my eyes apparently shrink into a fine line. pffft! and people often question me whether I can actually see things when I smile. The answer is YES!!!!! I CAN SEE! I can see your face. :) At least I look cute with my tiny eyes, just like those famous cartoons we adore.
Deep down in my heart, I feel really blessed for I can still open my eyes and indulge in God's mighty creation. Thank you so much! :D
